Shipping Information
• Origin: All jewelry pieces are designed and handcrafted in our studio located in Barcelona, Spain.
• Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3-8 business days. For custom or special orders, delivery times may vary.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Taxes & Duties: For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
• 14-Day Return Policy: In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
• How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at alpha.katia@gmail.com. Returns are accepted by prior appointment and authorization only. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Return Address: Specific shipping instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request is authorized via email.
3-Year Legal Warranty
• Coverage: All Katia Alpha jewelry is covered by a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty clasps or settings), as required by Spanish law.
• Warranty Limitations (What is NOT covered):
• Accidental Damage: Broken chains, bent metal, or cracked stones due to mechanical impact (e.g., catching on furniture or dropping the piece).
• Normal Wear and Tear: Natural scratching of metal, fading of gold plating (vermeil), or dulling of stones over time.
• Improper Care: Damage caused by contact with perfumes, hairspray, sea water, or harsh chemicals.
Jewelry Care
To maintain your jewelry in perfect condition, we offer 5 months of free maintenance. We recommend:
- Applying perfumes and lotions before putting on your jewelry.

Removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping.
3.Storing each piece separately in a dry place to avoid scratches.
